Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Analyst, Treasury & Tax Operations to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This remote role supports treasury operations in a fast-moving multi-entity environment, maintaining strong payment controls, bank access governance, and cash coordination across jurisdictions.

You will partner with Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate funding, payments, and compliance processes, while aligning with company policy and signatory governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury, tax, or related finance in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong payment controls and user access governance.
• Experience with bank documentation across multiple partners and jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with cross-border payments and short-term cash investments.
• Advanced Excel; Avalara and NetSuite preferred.
• Experience in a private-equity-backed technology company is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payment approval workflows across global bank accounts, ensuring compliance with company policy.
• Own the payment request process and resolve issues with banks and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain payment approval matrices and authority limits.
• Schedule and execute debt service payments and support bank reconciliations.
• Process user access updates for bank portals based on leadership approvals.
• Partner with Legal on authorized signatories and maintain an up-to-date signatory register.
• Coordinate intercompany funding and execute approved short-term cash investments.
