Life Couriers is seeking an experienced tax leader to build and run the tax function for a growing international group. You will own compliance, transfer pricing, and tax projects across the US and Europe, reporting directly to the CFO.

You will lead corporate income tax, VAT, sales tax, and withholding tax programs; develop TP policy and documentation; drive entity simplification, financing structures, and M&A tax due diligence; and own tax provisions and reporting for closing and audits.

Competenze

• 7+ years in international tax experience (Big Four or equivalent in-house roles)
• Hands-on transfer pricing experience
• European tax experience (Germany, UK, France, Belgium) is a strong plus
• Fluent English; German is a plus; willingness to travel to Europe occasionally
• Direct line to CFO; ability to build and scale tax processes in a PE-backed group

Mansioni

• Ensure global tax compliance: corporate income tax, VAT, sales tax, and withholding tax
• Set up and maintain transfer pricing model, policies and documentation (master and local files)
• Lead tax projects such as entity simplification, financing and cash pooling, and M&A tax due diligence
• Own tax provisions and tax reporting for group close and year-end audit
• Manage external tax advisors and their budgets across countries
• Build the tax function: processes, controls, calendar, scalable ways of working
