Job summary

Trading Technologies, a Chicago-based multi-asset platform company, seeks a Senior Tax & Treasury Accountant to own the global tax function and support treasury operations in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The role involves overseeing ASC 740 tax provision, compliance across jurisdictions, indirect tax management for SaaS offerings, transfer pricing work, and managing tax notices and audits with external advisors.

Qualifications

• Corporate or Big 4 tax experience required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Income Tax Provision: Prepare and support quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740, including deferred tax analysis and related disclosures.
• Tax Compliance: Manage U.S. federal, state, and international income tax compliance with external advisors, filings, extensions, and estimated payments.
• Indirect Tax: Oversee sales/use tax, VAT, and GST compliance for SaaS offerings, including nexus monitoring and return filings.
• Transfer Pricing & Intercompany: Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany charge calculations with Accounting.
• Audits & Notices: Primary contact for tax notices, inquiries, and audits; gather necessary documentation and respond promptly.
