Job summary

Trading Technologies is seeking a Senior Tax & Treasury Accountant to own our tax function across global entities and support treasury activities including cash management and banking operations.

You will work with external tax advisors, auditors, and FP&A to ensure accurate compliance and provide insights for a fast-paced, private-equity-backed SaaS business operating across multiple jurisdictions. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or corporate tax in a multinational company.
• ASC 740 knowledge and U.S. federal/multi-state tax concepts.
• Hands‑on treasury exposure: cash management and banking operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740 with deferred tax analysis and disclosures.
• Manage U.S. federal, state, and international income tax compliance with external advisors.
• Oversee indirect tax (sales/use, VAT/GST), nexus monitoring, and exemption management.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany charge calculations; coordinate with accounting.
• Serve as primary contact for tax notices, audits, and authority responses.
• Prepare tax-related journal entries and reconciliations as part of month-end/year-end close.
• Monitor daily cash positions and execute intercompany transfers in line with policies.
• Manage bank relationships, account administration, and KYC requests.
• Identify opportunities to automate tax and treasury workflows; maintain SOPs.
