Job summary

EchoStar seeks a senior leader to own the enterprise tax strategy, planning, governance, and leadership for a complex global organization. You will drive tax policy, governance, and risk oversight across the business to support strategic objectives.

You will advise the CFO, executive team, Audit Committee and Board on tax implications of corporate strategy, capital structure, M&A, divestitures, and reorganizations, while ensuring compliance and timely reporting across jurisdictions.
