Global Multi-Media Firm seeks a senior Tax Leader to direct global tax strategy, planning, compliance, and risk management. You will serve as the central expert on complex transaction structures, pass-through taxation, and international tax issues.

The role reports to executive finance leadership and involves oversight of ownership tax matters, K-1 distributions, and coordination with external advisors. Extensive collaboration with senior stakeholders is required.

Qualificações

• 13+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Strong expertise in partnership taxation, corporate tax provisions, and M&A tax diligence.
• Proven leadership and ability to translate complex tax concepts for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Direct global tax strategy, planning, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead tax diligence for M&A, buy-side deals, and financing transactions.
• Monitor regulatory and global tax developments across jurisdictions.
• Oversee partnership tax matters, capital accounts, K-1 distributions, and ownership advisory liaison.
• Oversee corporate tax return filings, tax provisions, and related accounting processes.
• Direct indirect and local tax management across office locations.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA, JD, or MST
