Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Services Manager within the Accounting Compliance & Reporting (ACR) practice. You will work on engagements spanning 100+ countries, collaborating with EY teams to govern global finance operations and deliver statutory reporting with accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in audit/accounting, CPA license, and strong US GAAP knowledge, plus Excel and IT system familiarity, to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business major.
• 5–7 years’ experience in audit/accounting.
• CPA license or state Bar membership required.
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and/or bookkeeping across multiple countries.
• Strong communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• US GAAP knowledge including GAAP reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements spanning 100+ countries with EY teams.
• Validate and govern global finance operations using a unified methodology.
• Ensure statutory reporting and bookkeeping processes are documented and up-to-date.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality services on time.
