EY’s Accounting Compliance & Reporting (ACR) practice seeks a Tax Senior Services Manager to lead engagements across 100+ countries, partnering with EY teams to deliver high-quality global finance bookkeeping and statutory reporting.

You will validate governance, ensure consistent application of a single methodology, and mentor junior professionals while driving process improvements and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related major.
• 8–10 years of audit/accounting experience.
• CPA license or membership to state bar required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel proficiency.

• Manage global finance operations and ensure governance across 100+ countries.
• Validate and govern global finance operations using a single methodology.
