Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Services Manager to lead engagements across 100+ countries and coordinate with EY teams of 300+ professionals. You will validate and govern global finance operations using a single methodology to mitigate risk and enhance transparency.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and work with US ACR resources and global delivery centers to deliver high-quality services while maintaining client confidentiality and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related major
• 5–7 years' audit/accounting experience
• CPA license or state bar membership
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and multi-country experience
• US GAAP knowledge and reconciliation experience
• Strong English communication
• Advanced MS Excel and IT concepts
• Ability to analyze historical financial data for GAAP adjustments
• Ability to drive process improvement
