Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Services Manager to lead global accounting compliance and reporting efforts, guiding finance operations across multiple countries. You will coordinate with US ACR resources and EY Global Delivery Service locations to ensure timely, accurate statutory reporting and governance.

You will supervise engagements, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements while leveraging EY methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business major.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
• US GAAP knowledge including GAAP reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Validate and govern global finance operations using a single methodology to track end-to-end processes.
• Provide subsidiary governance throughout legal-entity life cycle to mitigate risk and increase transparency.
• Lead engagements spanning 100+ countries with EY teams to deliver high-quality services.
