Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Senior Services Manager to work on engagements spanning 100+ countries with EY teams worldwide. You will validate and govern global finance operations, ensure quality service, and mitigate risk across multiple jurisdictions.

You will guide senior staff, leverage global resources, and contribute to the growth of the ACR practice while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to EY methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 8–10 years' work experience in audit/accounting is expected.
• CPA license or state Bar membership is required.
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and/or bookkeeping is preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• US-GAAP knowledge including GAAP reconciliation experience is needed.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and IT concepts is required.
• Ability to analyze historical financial information and GAAP adjustments.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide timely, high‑quality services and work products.
• Maintain confidentiality of client relationships and related work products.
• Serve as the main point of contact for applicable client relationships.
• Develop and guide junior professionals through performance feedback.
• Deploy engagement teams leveraging EY resources globally.
• Stay updated on global trends, regulations and apply them to complex projects.
• Maintain data, review analytics and identify trends.
