Job summary

EY seeks a Tax Senior Services Manager to lead Accounting Compliance & Reporting engagements across 100+ countries with a strong focus on US GAAP, statutory reporting, and finance governance. The role blends client relationship leadership with technical accounting oversight and global delivery coordination.

You will partner with EY ACR teams, guide senior staff, and drive process improvements while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business major
• 8-10 years' experience in audit/accounting
• CPA license or state Bar membership preferred
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and bookkeeping across multiple countries
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
• US GAAP knowledge and GAAP reconciliation experience
• Proficiency in Excel and IT concepts
• Ability to travel 20-30% to client locations

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality services to clients, coordinating with EY ACR teams
• Ensure timely, accurate deliverables and governance across engagements
• Guide senior staff and junior professionals with performance feedback
• Deploy engagement teams leveraging US ACR and Global Delivery resources
• Keep up-to-date with global trends, regulations, and process improvements
• Provide technical accounting analysis and ensure accurate financial statements
