Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Services Manager within the Accounting Compliance & Reporting (ACR) practice. You will lead engagements across 100+ countries, coordinating EY teams and ensuring high-quality global finance operations governance and reporting.

The role emphasizes technical accounting, GAAP knowledge, and coaching junior professionals. Located in the US, you will work with EY’s national tax and EDGE practices, supporting clients’ statutory reporting and bookkeeping obligations while driving

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business major
5–7 years of audit/accounting experience
CPA license or state bar membership required
Knowledge of global statutory reporting and/or bookkeeping across multiple countries
Strong communication and analytical skills; attention to detail
US GAAP knowledge with reconciliation experience
Advanced Excel and IT concepts

Responsibilities

Lead engagements spanning multiple countries with EY teams.
Validate and govern global finance operations using a single global methodology.
Provide subsidiary governance throughout the legal-entity life cycle to mitigate risk.
Develop and coach junior professionals and ensure team alignment with skills and goals.
Deploy engagement teams using US ACR resources and Global Delivery Service locations.
Apply technical accounting knowledge to analyze account balances and close monthly/quarterly/annual books.
Identify root causes of deliverable delays and propose remediation.
Drive continuous improvement to improve quality, visibility, efficiency and client experience.
