Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Services Manager in the U.S. to lead engagements spanning 100+ countries with EY teams and to advance the growth of the practice. The role emphasizes governance of global finance operations, rigorous statutory reporting, and strong client relationships.

You will validate processes, manage senior staff, and leverage EY methodologies to improve efficiency and transparency. A CPA license and 5–7 years in audit/accounting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of work experience in audit or accounting.
• CPA license or state bar membership required.
• Knowledge of global statutory reporting and bookkeeping in multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead global finance operations governance and end-to-end process validation.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of statutory reporting and close processes.
• Coordinate with EY ACR teams across countries to deliver contracted services.
• Provide performance feedback and mentorship to junior staff.
• Support scoping of new opportunities and proposal development.
