Job summary

As a Senior Manager in Customer Tax Operations and Reporting, you will guide complex engagements, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead teams across multiple projects.

You will manage client relationships, verify FATCA/CRS documentation, and oversee budgets, resource plans, and performance metrics while driving innovation and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance or Economics; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5-7 years relevant tax consulting or tax operational experience.
• Be a licensed CPA or attorney.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others.
• Initiative to seek opportunities with current or potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex tax reporting solutions for financial institutions.
• Manage client relationships and advise on compliance and reporting matters.
• Oversee implementation of technology-driven tax reporting processes.
