Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or organizational field.
• 10+ years in HR operations, talent programs, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting international delivery centers or global workforce models.
• Experience leading large-scale HR programs and process improvements.
• Experience implementing talent processes across functions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influence in a matrix org.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes across onboarding, performance, promotions, transitions, and offboarding.
• Develop and govern talent operations policies, SOPs, and governance practices.
• Lead onboarding, integration, coaching, and support programs.
• Manage probationary reviews and PIP administration.
• Advance performance management and talent assessment processes.
