Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Senior Manager of International Talent Integration & Workforce Enablement to lead talent operations and people programs for the VIS organization across the United States and India. The role partners with VIS and U.S.

leaders to develop scalable people programs, governance, and operating rhythms that support growth and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has experience leading talent or HR operations in a complex global environment, with a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources, talent operations or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting international delivery centers, offshore operations, or global workforce models.
• Experience leading large-scale HR programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing and implementing talent processes across multiple business functions.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Experience building workforce analytics and talent metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing across a matrixed org.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, promotions, transitions, offboarding).
• Develop and govern talent operations policies, standards, documentation, and governance practices.
• Design scalable SOPs and employee programs to standardize the experience.
• Lead onboarding, integration, coaching, and support programs.
• Manage probationary reviews and performance improvement plan administration.
• Lead performance management program administration and continuous improvement.
