Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Senior Manager, International Talent Integration & Workforce Enablement to lead talent operations and people programs across the VIS organization, spanning the U.S. and India. You will partner with VIS and U.S.

leaders to translate strategy into scalable processes, governance, and operating rhythms that enable growth and day-to-day success. The role requires strong relationship-building, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, talent operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting international delivery centers or global workforce models.
• Experience leading large-scale HR programs and process improvements.
• Experience developing talent processes across multiple functions.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, promotions, transitions, and offboarding.
• Develop and improve SOPs and governance for talent operations.
• Lead onboarding, employee integration, coaching, and support programs.
• Design scalable talent and HR processes across US and India with leaders.
• Provide workforce analytics and insights to inform planning.
