Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, International Talent Integration & Workforce Enablement to lead talent operations across the VIS organization, including onboarding, performance, promotions, and lifecycle processes.

The role partners with VIS and U.S. leaders to translate strategy into scalable people programs, governance, and operating rhythms that enable growth and cross-border collaboration across the United States and India.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources and talent operations.
• Experience leading large-scale HR programs and process improvements.
• Experience with international delivery centers or global workforce models.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent operations and employee lifecycle programs across a global organization.
• Develop and govern talent processes, performance, and career development practices.
• Design scalable HR processes supporting US-India collaboration.
