Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 10+ years of HR/talent ops experience.
• Experience supporting international delivery centers, offshore operations, or global workforce models.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale HR programs and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Lead performance management programs and talent reviews.
• Design scalable talent processes across US and India.
• Develop workforce analytics and dashboards.
