Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across multiple countries to support Talent Management processes and programs.
• Collaborate with the HRIS team to improve efficiency and employee experience of talent processes.
• Coordinate and support the global performance management cycle, including goal setting and year-end activities.
• Support Talent Review and Talent Dialogue processes and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze talent-related data to identify opportunities for development, succession planning, and business objectives.
