Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Management or HR-related functions.
• Experience contributing to performance management, talent reviews, or leadership development initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate data insights into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across multiple countries to support Talent Management processes.
• Collaborate with HRIS team to improve efficiency and employee experience of talent processes.
• Coordinate and support the global performance management cycle, including goal setting and year-end activities.
• Support talent review and Talent Dialogue processes aligned with business priorities.
• Support talent assessment strategies and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze talent data trends to identify development and succession opportunities.
• Contribute to leadership development programs and cross-functional collaboration.
