AES Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst, Talent Management to shape talent strategies that help employees grow and thrive across the organization. You will work with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and global teams to drive impactful talent solutions and data-driven decisions.

This role offers opportunities to influence global talent initiatives, support performance management, leadership development programs, and inclusive communications across AES.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting Talent Management, HR, Organizational Development, or related functions.
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, leadership development, or similar talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across countries to support AES Talent Management processes and programs.
• Collaborate with HRIS team to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience of talent processes.
• Coordinate and support the global performance management cycle, including goal setting and year-end activities.
• Support talent review and Talent Dialogue processes, aligning with business priorities and strategies.
• Support talent assessment strategies, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze talent data to identify opportunities for employee development and succession planning.
• Stay informed about emerging Talent Management practices and market trends.
• Co-lead leadership development programs, coordinating nominations and program delivery.
