Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to be a strategic partner to the go-to-market function (Customer Revenue) and to directly support the Global Partner organization. This role sits within the People Team and will help define talent strategy, shape business objectives, build high-performing teams, and drive transformational initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with executive partnerships.
• Experience supporting a global Go-to-Market organization (sales/channel).
• Proven experience guiding leaders at the executive level in large-scale transformations.
• Experience leading organizational design, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to source, synthesize and tell a compelling data-driven story to influence decisions.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with action-oriented, outcomes-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior go-to-market leaders to build and execute people strategies.
• Lead complex transformations tied to growth, restructuring, and new operating models.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
• Develop annual talent plans using data and market insights to forecast risks and opportunities.
• Drive leadership development, engagement, and culture improvements across the organization.
• Collaborate across HR functions to deliver on the talent strategy and service delivery.
