Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional in the United States to own interview coordination end to end, manage a high-volume pipeline, and deliver a white-glove candidate experience through the interview process.

You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring scheduling accuracy across time zones, and you will help keep the recruiting process smooth, data-driven, and efficient for multiple roles at once.

Qualifications

• Coordinating recruiting, or admin/ops in a fast-paced tech/startup environment.
• Managing high volumes of moving parts across multiple roles without sacrificing quality or urgency.
• Sweating the details and running a tight, reliable process; teammates can count on you to follow through.
• Communicating with precision so candidates, hiring managers, and teammates always know status.
• Maintaining clean data and minimizing errors to ensure better outcomes.

Responsibilities
