Job summary

Phenom seeks a Domain Senior Manager to act as an industry SME, focusing on Talent Management strategy, tools, and processes across a global client base. You will work with Product Management to optimize deployment patterns and drive value realization in healthcare, IT/Tech, finance, manufacturing, and retail sectors.

You will lead client engagements, develop best practices, and guide product development with deep industry insights to improve talent development and retention outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR operations in a single industry vertical.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational psychology, business, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of performance management, succession planning, career pathing, and LMS platforms.
• Experience with Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience platform is a plus.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to earn trust and deliver strategies exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer pain points across performance management, career development, succession planning, and engagement.
• Advise customers on industry best practices and support optimization based on deployments.
• Collaborate with product managers to create patterns and templates for recurring opportunities.
• Deliver business impact and insights by applying domain knowledge to talent management outcomes.
• Review metrics for tools/products and educate clients on new capabilities.
• Lead TM Bootcamps to document current and future state business processes.
• Translate bootcamp findings into a compelling value realization summary and business case.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to support industry strategy.
• Provide guidance to product and engineering teams to advance product development.
