Job summary

Phenom is seeking a senior Talent Management professional to understand customer needs across performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement, and to support product delivery and best practices.

You will lead bootcamps, quantify business impact, collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, and help shape industry vertical strategies while traveling up to 30%.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Talent Management, organizational development, or HR operations within one industry vertical.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/organizational psychology, business, or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of performance management, succession planning, career pathing, and LMS experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs across performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Support product delivery to these requirements, advise customers on industry best practices, and support fine-tuning and optimization based on deployments.
  • Work closely with product managers to help create patterns and templates for recurring opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Deliver business impact, key insights, and value optimizations for customers by utilizing deep industry knowledge that relates to the client’s talent development and retention objectives.
  • Review and provide key metrics for tools/products (e.g., engagement scores, internal mobility rates, succession bench strength), and support client education on new product capabilities.
  • Lead TM Bootcamps with customers to discover, document, and optimize Talent Management business processes through current-state (“As-Is”) and future-state (“To-Be”) Business Process Maps (BPMs).
  • Apply deep Talent Management domain expertise to establish business context, identify customer challenges, and define the business problems and outcomes being addressed.
  • Translate bootcamp findings into a compelling Value Realization Summary and business case that quantifies expected business impact.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to create a strategy that best supports the industry vertical.
  • Provide guidance and Talent Management insights to Product and Engineering teams to support further product development.
Work Experience
  • 7+ years experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and/or HR operations within one industry vertical.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge/experience with performance management, succession planning, career pathing, and/or LMS platforms.
  • Experience with the Phenom Intelligent Talent Experience platform is an asset.
  • Customer obsession mindset with an ability to earn trust and provide sound strategies that exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar with Agile framework.

What You’ll Earn
  • The anticipated compensation for this role ranges from $115,000 to $140,000.

Note: Compensation parameters are subject to future adjustments in alignment with organizational guidelines.

Travel & Location

Ability to support global needs with travel up to 30%. Local candidates residing within 50 miles of headquarters are expected to work from the office full-time 5 days per week.
