Job summary

Phenom seeks a Director, Agentic Talent Programs to lead strategic enterprise engagements with retailers, hospitality, and logistics clients. You’ll diagnose talent constraints, build business cases, and drive end-to-end deal progression with CHROs, CPOs, and CFOs.

In this customer-facing, revenue-accountable role, you’ll map processes, quantify impact, and align stakeholders to win contracts while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and analysis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Fortune 1000 HR consulting, talent acquisition leadership, or RPO sales.
• Track record in multi-stakeholder engagements with senior leadership.
• Experience engaging CHROs, CPOs, or CFOs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated capability.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and build a data-driven hypothesis for talent constraints.
• Lead executive conversations with targeted insights and a defined business case.
• Map current hiring processes to identify bottlenecks and quantify impact.
• Develop financial models showing cost of constraints and ROI of Phenom solutions.
• Close engagements through the full client cycle from outreach to contract.
