Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Experience supporting HR, talent, learning, performance management, or employee lifecycle in a corporate environment.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines, track deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools to organize materials and analyze information.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of Talent Development processes to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
• Support testing, data validation, and reporting across Workday and other HR technologies.
• Develop requirements, process docs, SOPs, and training materials for program implementations.
