Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Global Advisor for Talent, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness based in Irvine, CA. You will partner with senior leaders to design and implement talent and leadership solutions that enable business strategy and transformation.

The role spans shaping capability, workforce readiness, and organizational health across a global framework, with responsibilities in succession planning, talent reviews, and analytics to inform leadership decisions and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management and related HR disciplines.
• Experience designing and implementing talent strategies, succession planning, leadership development programs, and talent review processes.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation, culture change, workforce capability development, or organization effectiveness initiatives.
• Strong track record of influencing senior leaders and stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience delivering global or multi-region talent and organizational development initiatives.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution and delivery.
• Certifications such as Korn Ferry assessment or facilitator certification, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPD, coaching accreditation, and Prosci change management certification.

Responsibilities

• Enable leadership capability and organizational readiness by partnering with business leaders to identify capability needs and align talent strategies.
• Support enterprise transformation by strengthening leadership, workforce readiness, organizational health, and change adoption.
• Translate business strategy into capability-building actions that improve performance and future competitiveness.
• Lead enterprise talent processes including succession planning, leadership assessments, development planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities to strengthen leadership bench strength for key roles.
• Facilitate data-driven talent discussions to improve readiness and succession outcomes.
• Design and deliver leadership development solutions that strengthen strategic thinking and people leadership.
• Advance organizational effectiveness through operating model evolution, organizational design, and culture initiatives.
• Leverage talent analytics and Workday to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, then translate insights into decisions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Identify future skills needs and scalable capability-building approaches to prepare for AI-enabled transformations.
