10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational development, or related HR disciplines.
Proven experience designing and implementing talent strategies and leadership development programs.
Experience delivering global or multi-region talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to identify capability requirements and develop aligned talent strategies.
Strengthen leadership capability, workforce readiness, and organizational health during transformation.
Lead talent processes including succession planning, leadership assessments, and internal mobility initiatives.
Translate workforce insights into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
Develop scalable capability-building approaches for future business needs.
