Job summary

Legora is seeking a Program Manager to run Ashby, the ATS powering our hiring engine. You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations, as part of the Talent Operations team.

Legora has grown rapidly, and you will keep our Talent team running on clean data and reliable tooling as we scale globally, laying the foundation for hiring the next 1000+. Qualifications

• Hands-on Ashby administration experience at high-growth scale-up.
• Ensure candidate and role data are clean and reliable for reporting.
• Own dashboards used by leadership for decision making.
• Resolve system issues and understand Ashby under the hood.
• Shape a lean tech stack with intentional tooling.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration: configure workflows, automations, and permissions in Ashby.
• Data Integrity: keep candidate/role data clean for accurate reporting.
• Integration Management: optimize Ashby integrations with the tech stack.
• Data & Insights: build dashboards addressing time-to-fill and pipeline health.
• Training & Enablement: onboard new hires to Ashby and be go-to expert.
• Process Improvement: automate recruiting workflows as we scale.
