Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing or communications, including employer brand leadership.
• Experience leading global recruitment marketing programs.
• Ability to drive strategy and influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage Baxter's employer brand roadmap and media strategy.
• Lead paid, earned and owned media strategies for talent engagement.
• Collaborate with Global Communications to bring brand to life through campaigns.
• Coordinate with regional teams on local market alignment of campaigns.
• Oversee evolution of career site, channels, and external media platforms.
• guide team members and agency partners to build authentic brand ambassadors.
• Analyze data on brand reputation and campaign performance for improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and support budget planning for senior leaders.
