True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on salaried positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment spanning engineering, operations, management, and corporate roles.

The ideal candidate will manage full lifecycle recruiting, source from diverse channels, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure a positive, compliant recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings for salaried roles.
• Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, and managerial roles.
• Strong sourcing using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruiting software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple manufacturing functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain pipelines of top talent for key roles.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners for a positive experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives within the manufacturing industry.
• Track recruiting metrics to identify improvements and drive process enhancements.
• Participate in campus recruiting programs and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
