Markent Personnel is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for salaried manufacturing positions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, operations, management, and corporate roles, building strong candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, with solid sourcing skills and excellent relationship-building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, focused on salaried employees.
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, and managerial roles.
• Strong sourcing using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruiting software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate has a strong background in full lifecycle recruiting within manufacturing or industrial settings, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on salaried employees.
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, technical, professional, and managerial roles.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.

Preferred

• Global experience recruiting for engineering, operations, and technical roles in a manufacturing environment. in Canada and/or Mexico is a plus.
• Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Typical pay range: $95k – $120k annually (based on skills, experience, and qualifications).

Eligible for participation in Quarterly Incentive Pay Program.
