True Manufacturing, a leader in commercial refrigeration based in Missouri, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, interview, and hire production staff across multiple facilities. The position is office-based with potential for one remote day per week, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, psychology, business management or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Broad understanding of manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Exhibit positive and professional behavior.
• Light travel between local facilities as needed may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruiting efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels throughout all True Production facilities.
• Post positions on external job boards.
• Navigate and utilize an Applicant Tracking System to review and disposition candidates.
• Schedule and engage candidates through telephone and onsite interviews.
• Conduct telephone and on-site interviews; prepare and present offers.
• Maintain communication with candidates from the start of the application process through onboarding.
• Process and maintain paperwork to ensure compliance.
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an office-based role. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines.
• Perform core job responsibilities through regular in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership in a shared work environment to support innovation and timely decision-making, problem-solving, and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support and respond to day-to-day business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as needed to ensure alignment of department and company priorities.
• Meet regularly with manager in-person to align on workload, priorities, performance, and ongoing professional development.
