Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Generalist to partner with leaders and the TA team to recruit, interview, onboard, and manage candidates. This on-site role supports internal and external recruiting efforts, coordinates scheduling, and ensures a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliant hiring records.

You will handle offers, onboarding paperwork, I-9 processing support, and use the ATS to track candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Six or more months’ related experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition team with onsite interviews, offers, hiring events, and other recruiting activities.
• Coordinate internal candidate interviews within the factory environment.
• Review and disposition internal candidates to determine interview eligibility and schedule interviews with factory leadership.
• Travel to satellite locations as needed to support interviews.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate new hire orientation schedules and onboarding requirements.
• Ensure onboarding paperwork and related documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Utilize the ATS to manage candidate records, update statuses, and disposition applicants.
