Job summary

KLA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager to lead global TA programs, drive process improvements, implement technologies, and manage change across the recruiting lifecycle.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders to design, measure, and optimize recruiting processes, programs, and technologies, delivering data-driven insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Program Management, or related.
• Minimum 3 years leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience implementing or supporting HR or recruiting tech solutions.
• Experience performing business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience driving process improvements in a complex org.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and data analysis.
• UAT and change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Talent Acquisition projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, communications, risk plans, and updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and project teams.
• Track adoption, outcomes, and metrics for success.
• Analyze recruiting processes to improve efficiency and automation.
• Document current and future-state workflows and SOPs.
• Suggest and implement improvements for global consistency.
