Job summary

KLA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager to lead global TA programs and process improvements. The role collaborates with HR, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and measure recruiting processes and technologies.

Responsibilities include program leadership, business process improvement, data analysis, and change enablement to enhance candidate and recruiter experiences. Strong cross-functional and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field with relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional projects and programs.
• Experience implementing recruiting or workforce technology solutions.
• Experience with data analysis and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Talent Acquisition projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop plans, timelines, milestones, communications, and risk plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders and project teams; track adoption and outcomes.
• Analyze recruiting processes to drive efficiency and automation.
• Support recruiting tech implementations, testing, and deployment.
• Create dashboards and executive-style reports; identify trends and risks.
