Job summary

Certinia is seeking a Talent Partner for Global Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end recruitment across functions in a remote UK/US setup. You will collaborate with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and promote Certinia’s employer brand while delivering a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in full life-cycle recruiting, strong stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates for diverse roles (tech, GTM, ops).
• Strong ATS usage and recruiting software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a load of challenging roles from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Conduct intake meetings with managers to define requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, social networks and partnerships.
• Screen, interview, and present candidate summaries to hiring managers.
