• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven track record delivering against ambitious hiring goals and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic talent partner for GTM or G&A leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Operations.
• Own senior-level and high-impact roles end-to-end with proactive, strategic hiring in Canada and the U.S.
• Develop and execute data-informed hiring strategies to meet quarterly targets and improve candidate experience.
• Partner with business leaders to align on hiring strategies and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through sourcing, talent intelligence, and market insights.
• Represent Clio with professionalism and integrity while hiring according to our values.
• Identify opportunities to streamline TA processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
