Job summary

NMI is looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 13‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave. This remote UK role offers the chance to shape teams during a period of growth, with optional visits to our Bristol office for collaboration.

The role focuses on recruiting for our global Support, Sales and Marketing functions and across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in an in-house and/or agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently.
• Strong direct sourcing skills with passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business areas.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with hiring managers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for the global organisation.
• Manage a live requisition load of open roles, maintaining momentum.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Build a diverse pipeline across all markets and cultures.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS records and report on progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
