Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to scale the Global Monetization Product & Technology team by hiring world-class Product, Design, Data, and Technical talent. You will lead end-to-end recruiting for 10–15+ roles across Product, Design, Data Science, and related functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, use data-driven insights to shape sourcing and compensation discussions, and ensure a superior candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth tech or global organizations.
• Proven success hiring across Product Management and/or Product Marketing, with exposure to tech and data roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise.
• Able to manage 10–15+ requisitions in a fast-evolving environment.
• Data-driven mindset using recruiting metrics and analytics to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring for 10–15+ roles across Product Management, Product Design, Product Marketing, and Data Science.
• Strategic Partnering: Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders to define needs and market insights.
• Data-Driven Sourcing: Design sourcing strategies using data to attract top technical and product talent globally.
• Market Expertise: Provide compensation benchmarks and competitor insights to inform decisions.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a high bar for candidate experience and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with HRBPs, Compensation, and Global TA peers across regions.
