Job summary

TikTok is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our Global Monetization Product & Technology team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for 10–15+ roles in Product, Design, Data, and Technical areas, partnering with leaders to define hiring needs and market insights.

Qualifications

4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech or global orgs.
Proven success hiring across Product Management and/or Product Marketing, with exposure to technical/data roles.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and advise.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for 10–15+ roles across Product, Design, Data, and Tech.
Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define needs and hiring strategies.
Use data to design sourcing strategies that attract and convert top talent globally.
Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and workforce planning.
Maintain high standards for candidate experience, process efficiency, and compliance.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, and Global TA to align hiring practices across regions.
