Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers and recruiters across English and Mandarin-speaking regions to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Help calibrate talent needs and assist in developing sourcing strategies for top-tier technical talent.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
• Refine sourcing processes and tools to boost efficiency, candidate quality, and the hiring funnel effectiveness.
• Support talent acquisition projects, including virtual hiring events, market intelligence data, and diversity-focused sourcing.
