You’ll design efficient processes, establish SLAs, and lead the global recruiting team. Experience in in-house or agency recruiting and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• In-house or agency recruitment background.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter, results-oriented, resourceful and proactive.
• Experience in To B industry desirable.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and change.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring needs across geographies and partner with leaders to develop TA strategies.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to meet goals.
• Create SLAs and best practices to improve recruitment output.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle globally for ByteDance candidates and ensure strong candidate experience.
• Coach and mentor members of the global recruiting team.
