This role leads full-cycle recruitment for internships and graduates, works with regional/global hiring managers on data-driven sourcing, and partners with Center of Excellence teams to align recruitment objectives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across various functions (e.g., product, tech, MBA, sales, marketing).
• Proven ability to use data to improve recruiting efficiency and influence decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for internship and graduate hiring.
• Understand business models, organizational structure, and hiring needs in depth.
• Collaborate with regional and global hiring managers to develop data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals and elevate talent quality.
• Partner cross-functionally with Center of Excellence teams to align on recruitment objectives.
