ByteDance's America Early Careers team is hiring to lead full-cycle recruitment for internships and new graduates. You will understand business needs, work with regional and global hiring managers, and design data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

You will partner cross-functionally with COE teams and influence decisions across time zones and cultures, helping to build a best-in-class early career program in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across functions (product, tech, MBA, sales, marketing).
• Proven ability to use data to improve recruiting efficiency and influence decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for internship and new graduate hiring.
• Understand business models, organizational structure, and hiring needs in depth.
• Collaborate with regional and global hiring managers to develop data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals and elevate talent quality.
• Partner cross-functionally with COE teams to align on recruitment objectives.
