Teledyne FLIR Defense is seeking a seasoned Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life cycle recruitment with a strong international focus, primarily supporting roles outside the U.S. and across the U.S.

You will partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR Business Partners to craft and execute talent strategies, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within technology, engineering, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or related technical environment.
• International recruiting experience, with additional experience recruiting nationally and/or across multiple locations.
• Experience recruiting technical talent, including engineering, software, manufacturing, operations, or defense-related positions.
• Proven success utilizing innovative sourcing techniques, including AI-enabled recruiting tools, social networking platforms, and direct sourcing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ATS, preferably Workday, and other web-based recruiting tools and technologies.

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand objectives, workforce planning, hiring goals, and critical talent requirements.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for all open positions utilizing AI-enabled sourcing tools and direct outreach.
