Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for aligned business units. You will serve as a consultative partner, delivering market insights and coordinating across geographies to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent processes.

You will collaborate with HR and sourcing teams to build candidate pipelines, manage expectations on time-to-fill and compensation, and report KPIs while delivering a superb candidate experience in a global

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret and present labor market data and insights.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, and AI/market intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across global markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Own end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interview process, offers, candidate experience.
• Drive structured interviews using competency-based guides and fair assessments.
• Use AI tools and labor market platforms to provide data on talent supply and salaries.
• Set expectations on candidate availability, time-to-fill, and compensation alignment.
• Coordinate across geographies for global consistency in delivery.
• Collaborate with other Acquisition Partners for smooth handoffs when roles are right-shored.
• Partner with Employer Branding and sourcing teams to strengthen pipelines.
• Track key KPIs and ensure compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
